1 Information about us

www.holistichealthcollege.com is a site operated by Holistic Health College, based in Central London, United Kingdom. The college has a Democratic Policy regarding selection of dates for part-time attendance after discussions with registered active students.  Our business contact phone numbers and addresses are on the Contact page on this website and on the Application Forms.

2 Enrolling for courses

By placing an order to enrol on either one of our courses, you warrant that:
(a) you are capable of entering into binding contracts legally; and
(b) you are 18 years old or over.

3 Cancellation and returns policy

Should you decide to change your mind for whatever reason, within 14 days of having paid the registration fee and monies for course material, please be aware of the following conditions.
a) Please notify Holistic Health College, in writing via email,  within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
b) Holistic Health College offer a money back guarantee, less £50.00 administration fee, providing you return the material in pristine condition to your Holistic Health College tutor. Costs of returning material to Holistic Health college shall be borne by the student.
c) If you start the course within the 14-day cancellation period, no refund is possible.
d) Holistic Health College does not pursue fees from students for non-completion of either the Naturopathy Iridology course or Intensive Iridology course, providing no study material has been provided.
e) Where prepayment has been made in advance of material not provided (e.g. annual or full course prepayment), a full refund on said material not supplied will be made, excluding the registration fee.

4 Miscellaneous

a) If you choose to consume any food or beverage that is provided in class as part of the course or event you agree to absolve Holistic Health College of any liability for any allergic or adverse reaction that may occur.  If you have any known allergies, you MUST, make them known to the lecturer or direct organiser before food or beverage preparation has begun.
b) In view of the naturopathic procedures included in the course, that must be experienced by students, prior to being considered qualified to teach and administer the various procedures to future patients, family, friends and colleagues, the Holistic Health College cannot be held responsible for any injury incurred during such procedures or other negative consequences arising during or after the course providing full supervision, specific instructions and close adherence to the applications are followed.
c) PRESCRIBED MEDICATION -If you, the student, are taking prescription drugs, please inform your Holistic Health College Tutor. Similarly inform GP / consultant / Specialist that you are also taking supplements.  Always discuss reducing and / coming off any medication / treatment with your own GP / Consultant / Specialist.   Please inform us accordingly.

5 Disclaimer

a) Holistic Health College follows the relevant, current regulations set by the respected governing bodies in terms of maintaining accreditation for our courses, we cannot be held liable for changes outside our control where the rules or laws are changed by the respected governing bodies.

6 The Agreement

a) Your agreement is with Holistic Health College. Your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions ‘Rules’ is confirmed upon your signature on both pages, 1 & 2, of the Course Application Form.
